P.K. Moideen Kutty Sahib was an elected member to Madras Assembly in 1937. He also served as K.P.C.C President and A.I.E.S Member.
During the flood happened (1942) in Kudallur, P.K. Moideen Kutty Sahib was in front of all relief activities. He also played a vital role to restart the construction of Kuttippuram bridge which was stopped because of Second World War.
